I do not accept NFT commissions.

I reserve the rights to reject any commission for any or no reason.

An application does not guarantee a commission slot. My slots are not first come, first serve. After the submission period is over, I will choose and contact the clients who have been given a slot.

Rigging commissions must be provided pre-cut.

Rigging quality heavily depends on the quality of the cutting of the model (e.g. the hair will only move according to how it was layered and cut).

Any additional rigging, editing or pieces that were not included in the original .PSD file can incur additional fees.

All commissions are delivered digitally.

The client is responsible for creating back-ups of their commission. I cannot store your commission for you after it is delivered.

I complete commissions in line with instructions given by the client and it is the client's responsibility to respect intellectual properties and/or copyright. I hold no responsibility for a commission infringing on intellectual property and/or copyright.

It is the client's responsibility to take any Terms of Service and Content/Community Guidelines of the website they plan to use the content on into account. I hold no responsibility for any broken rules, strikes, suspensions or bans of any kind.

All payments are taken through PayPal using PayPal invoice. No other payment methods are accepted.

Once the client has reached the top of the waitlist, at least half payment is required upfront before the commission is started.

Full payment is required before the commission is delivered. The client has no ownership of or right to the commission until full payment has been received.

Refunds are only applicable if I do not complete the commission within 3 months (90 days) of the upfront payment, or if something unforeseen happens where I can not fulfil the commission. No refunds will be given if the commission is complete.

It is strictly prohibited to create NFTs out of my art.

It is strictly prohibited to use any of my content to train artificial intelligence or be entered into AI data sets/models.

You are required to pay a commercial fee in order to directly profit from commissions. This includes, but is not limited to, items and products such as merchandise, prints, etc. This requires an agreement settled between the artist and the client in form of a "Commercial Fee" (if previously not bundled in).

The selling of commissions as items/products such as merchandise, prints, etc. require an agreement settled between the artist and the client. You are not allowed to directly profit from commissions without an agreement set such as previously stated.

I take no responsibility for infringement on intellectual property and/or copyright. It is the clients responsibility to respect the intellectual property and/or copyright of others.

The client has full ownership of a character design once they have fully paid for the commission.

If a client intends to sell or give their model/design to another person, I must first be notified in advance as to whom the commission piece is given/sold to. All the terms and conditions will transfer to the new owner and must be followed accordingly.

I reserve the right to use your commission as examples and promotional material for my services and for use in my portfolio.
